About
BadQBing returns once again for BQBL 2020 on Fantasizr!
BadQBing is a team of bad quarterbacking die-hards committed to covering those that play the NFL's paramount position most poorly. In addition to the score keeping duties, we will be providing additional analysis and commentary throughout the season.
For those new to the Bad Quarterback League, it is a non-traditional fantasy league where you draft teams with bad quarterbacks instead of actual players. Each week, your starters are scored based on the scoring table below. The worse the quarterback performance, the higher the score!
We will continue to use the scoring system inspired by Grantland's Failure Machine. Scoring categories and details are outlined below. All scoring decisions are at the sole discretion of the BadQBing Supplementary League Oversight Board. Fantasizr offers up both public and private leagues, which are also outlined below. Scores will be updated by Tuesday each week, although delays are always possible. Any changes or updates will be provided via our Twitter account.
On behalf of us at BadQBing, welcome to BQBL 2020! We look forward to another year of abysmally laughable quarterback action!

Scoring
Public Leagues consist of 8 teams composed of 4 NFL teams. Private Leagues can have a variable number of teams in a league, and a variable number of NFL teams on each BQBL team. These settings can be changed by the private league commissioner prior to the draft. By default, all teams are on the active roster each week. To change this in private leagues, enable "Manage Lineups" under "Edit League Info," and set your desired number of starting teams. BadQBing.com recommends 2 starters each week. In our own league, we require 4 starts from each team prior to our playoffs.
NFL teams are drafted, not individual players. Stats for all quarterbacks that play in a game will count toward the weekly score. 24/7 points are scored to the week beginning the Tuesday prior to games through the end of Monday, i.e., 24/7 points are scored for the days leading up to the current week's games. Any judgement calls on scoring decisions lie solely with the BadQBing.com Supplementary League Oversight Board.

You can find Week 7 score details at THE LINK. As mentioned by tweet, all prior weeks were adjusted if they were impacted by the scoring error on completion percentage. There were minimal changes in most prior weeks, with the largest updates coming in Week 6. Passers be hella efficient in 2020.

Hey there BQBLers! Another week in the books, and things are starting to pick up. This week saw our first benchings, a couple more safeties, and some defensive touchdowns to boot. Also, Carson Wentz got a little plug this week, resulting in 24/7 points for you Philly owners.

Hey folks, missed the opportunity to put together a game log this week. But here are the scores at THE LINK in case you're interested in the nitty gritty.
Greetings one and all! Welcome to another year of the BQBL! To be honest, I wasn't sure we were going to get here. To be even more honest, I don't know if we'll make it to the end. Either way, we'll be scoring that bad quarterbacking for the Fantasizr faithful!
In the interest of getting details out, we'll have a light write-up this week. The game logs might be lighter in general early on, but the scores will keep rolling.
Diving into week 1 was about as disorienting as 2020 has been so far. The quarterback moves during the offseason seem to be more than others in recent memory. Looking at the week 1 scores, there are not many notable scores, also unusual for week 1. Did the lack of a preseason actually work in their favor? Will that turn a...
