Yoshinofuji picked up his first make-koshi, going 7-8 as a Maegashira #1. He did show he's still got Onosato and Aonishiki's number, plus needed a final day win over Asanoyama. This is the last basho before he turns 25, so he's basically hitting his prime now. He is also less than a year into his Makuuchi career and clearly already knows how to hang in upper Maegashira. This may be his floor.
